First Goal
An operational goal that anyone can understand and that can later be judged as achieved, partly achieved or not achieved. It is the thing the Launch Plan pays for.
- Operational, not financial: 'open the studio to twelve members', not 'raise the money'.
- Funding the goal is not completing the goal.
- Backing, when active, is tied to one First Goal only. Multi-milestone funding is Later.
