When you Signal a Builder for the first time, the moment is recorded: Builder, Project, time and rank at that moment. Withdrawing the Signal later does not erase it.
- Shown simply in public, e.g. “Discovered at #1,428 Global”.
- It belongs to your public, pseudonymous profile with privacy controls.
- Re-activating a Signal never creates a second first discovery.
